Trial

All trials last for 15 days from the time you install. If you need more time for your evaluation just drop us an email and we will extend your trial.
Yes, all the functionality is available during the trial period. You will also be entitled to product support should you need it, so don't hesitate to reach out if you run into any problems.

Product support is included in the price. Just contact the support team with a short email describing your problem and they'll reach out. Most support problems are handled swiftly over email.

Licensing

Cerulean is offered as a "Subscription" based service. Each user can purchase a personal or professional subscription. Each user will require their own subscription.
Yes. You can install Cerulean on as many machines as you would like provided you're using those machines.
Yes, you can use the license key for Azure Management Studio with Cerulean. Simply enter your Azure Management Studio license key when prompted to activate your Cerulean subscription and your Cerulean subscription will be activated. Duration of your Cerulean subscription would depend on when you purchased Azure Management Studio license key.

Upgrades

We aim to release updates to Cerulean each month.
Yes, you can always download the latest version of Cerulean from our website. However the full use of the product will depend on your subscription status.
Auto updater is included inside the product. Whenever a new version is available, you will be prompted about it in the application itself with instructions on upgrading to the latest version.
Release notes can be found linked from each product's page.
